Payment Conditions

  • 50% Advance Payment: A 50% non-refundable advance payment is required before the start of any project. This payment secures your booking and ensures that work can begin promptly.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is payable upon project completion and when you are satisfied with the final result.
  • Non-Refundable Deposit: The advance payment is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations by the client after the project has started.
  • Late Payments: Final payments must be made within 7 days of project completion. Failure to do so may result in project delays or withholding of final deliverables.

Liability

I will not be liable for any damages, losses, or issues that arise from the client’s use of the website after project completion. While I will ensure the site is functional and secure upon handover, ongoing security and maintenance are the client’s responsibility.
